Awards

Each year the Winston-Salem Home Builders Association hosts the Parade of Homes, providing local builders with the opportunity to showcase their work. Since Morgan and Parker Builders first 1995 entry, they have received twelve awards for first place and runner-up combined. These homes are judged by colleagues in the building industry, based on design, quality of materials, innovative ideas, workmanship and value. As rewarding as this recognition may be however, the real measure of our success is our long list of satisfied customers.

In 2003, Morgan and Parker Builders received two first place Golden Home Awards. The first in the $122,500 - $136,410 category. The second in the $785,000 - $850,000 category.
