Family Home Restoration

The primary objective of this project was to restore a beloved family home. The homeowners wanted to retain the character and charm of the original structure. However, many upgrades and structural changes were necessary to accomodate a family of five. This 3,000 square foot A frame property was graciously transformed throughout. The original wiring, sheetrock and heating/cooling system were replaced. The kitchen was updated with new custom cabinetry and granite countertops. An aging stone fireplace was removed from the center of the home, creating a larger kitchen and family room. All new oak flooring was installed and the original pine paneling was restored to its former condition. The basement became a master suite with tile flooring, wet bar, gas fireplace and pine wainscoting.
