Renovation
The objective of this project was to construct an outdoor living space and to allow the family to entertain beyond the brick walls of their mid 1990's traditional home. While maintaining privacy, an open air family room, sunken hot tub and custom outdoor grilling area was constructed off the rear of the home. The homeowners enjoy a closer view of their backyard water feature. A 52" flat screen television was installed above the stone fireplace. The flooring is imported mahogany decking. The unfinished basement was transformed into a beautiful space for relaxation and entertaining. |
